Keyword Analyzer Glossary
Search Volume: Average monthly searches. The average number of times people have searched for this exact keyword in Google.
PPC Competition: Pay-Per-Click Competition. Number of advertisers that showed for each keyword relative to all keywords across Google. The closer to 1, the more competitive the keyword is.
CPC: Cost Per Click. The average amount (in USD) you would be charged for a click in Google AdWords.
PR: Google PageRank of the page. It is a way of measuring the importance of a page. Warning: The last PageRank update dates from 2013, which means that this metric has become somewhat irrelevant.
Age: Age of the domain. How many years ago was the domain last registered?
Alx: Alexa Rank of the site. The lower the number, the more traffic the site receives. For example, a site with an Alexa Rank of 1,000 is the 1,000th most visited site in the world.
DM: DMOZ listing. Is the site listed in DMOZ? (Yes/No)
Tigp: Total number of pages indexed in Google.
WC: Total number of words on the page.
TOBLs: Total number of outbound links on the page, which are the links to other sites.
Social: Total number of social signals, including Facebook Likes & Shares, Twitter Shares, Google+ +1's, Delicious Votes, Pinterest Repins, etc.
MR: MozRank of the domain. A score on a 1 to 10 scale that illustrates a link popularity score. It is used to gauge the importance of any given page on the Internet.
MR SD: MozRank of the subdomain (with www.).
DA: Domain Authority. It indicates how likely a domain is to rank based on how authoritative search engines consider it to be based on its link profile.
PA: Page Authority. It indicates how likely a page is to rank based on how authoritative search engines consider it to be because of which sites link to it.
Ext: Number of external links on the site according to Moz. External links are links that point at external domains.
TL: Total number of links according to Moz. All links to this page including internal, external, follow and nofollow links.
TI: Title - Is the keyword in the title of the page? (Yes/No)
MD: Meta Description - Is the keyword in the meta description of the page? (Yes/No)
MK: Meta Keywords - Is the keyword in the meta keywords of the page? (Yes/No)
HT: Heading Tags - Is the keywords in the headings of the page? (Yes/No)
